Our quotations to you are not automated. All quotations involve a check of the property on our systems, along with sending you the below interactive key property facts document for your benefit. Our quotes are manually quoted rather than automated, as two properties of similar size could entail vastly different findings and time required. We ensure that you are also receiving the correct type of survey, as automated quotes do not often reflect the age and condition of the property!
