About Us

With over 15 year’s experience in the property industry, our aim is to provide a personable and responsive service at what can be a stressful time, ensuring that instructing a chartered surveyor need not be a painful or intimidating process.

We specialise in pre-purchase surveys, whether that be Level 2 (Homebuyers survey) or Level 3 (Building survey). In addition to pre-purchase surveys we undertake RICS Red Book Valuations, Aerial Drone surveys and carry out specific defect analysis. All our reports are delivered in a timely manner.

The areas covered includes places such as Norwich, Poringland, Bungay, Beccles, Southwold, Lowestoft, Acle, Attleborough, Wymondham, Thetford, Dereham, Fakenham, Holt, Bunrham Market, North Walsham.
