We provide both RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys, covering a wide range of property types from conventional modern homes to older, extended, altered and more complex buildings.

Particular emphasis is placed on providing clear, detailed and technically informed advice, helping clients understand the condition of a property and make informed decisions before purchase. We have particular experience with traditional and altered properties, where a more detailed understanding of construction, defects and previous alterations is often required.

All surveys are undertaken personally by the surveyor, with workload deliberately limited so that each inspection and report receives the appropriate time and attention. Clients also benefit from direct communication before and after the inspection, including the opportunity to discuss the findings once the report has been issued.
