About Us

We provide a personalised service for RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 inspections, alongside a range of residential valuations, throughout Cornwall.
Based in Lelant, near St Ives, we cover West and Central Cornwall, including St Ives, Hayle, Penzance, Helston, Camborne, Redruth, Truro and the surrounding areas.

Our senior surveyor, Christopher Hewison, has over 25 years of experience in the residential property sector. Chris takes a practical, pragmatic approach to inspecting and reporting on properties, producing clear, accessible reports that help clients understand a property's condition and make informed decisions with confidence.
