We have offices in Accrington, Bedale and Kendal.

Michael Holden Chartered Surveyors specialise in RICS Valuation reports, RICS Building Surveys and property management, we undertake condition based assessments and valuations of residential and commercial property for all manner of purposes.

Michael was the technical author of the new 2012 RICS practice note on building surveys and was a member of the RICS product development group for RICS Home Survey standards. The practice has 11 members of staff including Associate RICS, Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Building Engineers and Propertymark Members.

Michael is President of NAEA Propertymark.
