About Us

With extensive knowledge of the North West property market our property surveyors specialise in providing RICS-compliant detailed and informative home surveys, from RICS level 2 home surveys to RICS level 3 building surveys. We serve across the North West, Manchester, Stockport and Cheshire. Our friendly and professional team of residential property surveyors will make moving as stress free as possible.

At Aspect Surveying we take each property as an individual case, depending on the survey you select we take into account and investigate property defects, any repairs or replacements that the property may need, providing you with an informative and detailed report, giving you peace of mind.

After instructing us to carry out your home survey, our professional residential surveyors will undertake a physical inspection of the potential property and provide a RICS survey report within 2-3 days following inspection.
