Based in Yorkshire, we provide commercial building surveying and consultancy services across the UK, with particular expertise in technical due diligence, building pathology and defect diagnosis, and drone-enabled inspections.

Commercial Services
We support property owners, occupiers, investors and professional advisers with:

• Pre-acquisition Building Surveys and Technical Due Diligence
• Schedules of Condition and Condition Surveys
• Building pathology, defect investigation and diagnosis
• Drone and aerial inspections of roofs, façades and difficult-to-access areas
• Repair, maintenance and refurbishment advice
• Surveys of traditional, period and historic buildings

Our approach combines detailed site inspection with clear, practical reporting to help clients understand building condition, significant defects, liabilities and future repair requirements.

Consultancy to Surveying Practices
We also work alongside other surveying practices, providing flexible additional capacity and technical support. This can include site inspections, technical due diligence, report preparation and review, or taking individual projects through from instruction to completion.

Support can be provided on a fee-split, day-rate or fixed-fee basis depending on the project.

Residential
We also provide RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 surveys for properties across Yorkshire.
