PFM Surveying Ltd – Chartered Building Surveyors
Based in the heart of Yorkshire, we provide commercial building surveying and consultancy services across the UK, with particular expertise in technical due diligence, drone-enabled inspections, and defect analysis.
Commercial Services
We support occupiers, investors, and professional advisers with:
- Pre-acquisition and Building Surveys
- Technical Due Diligence and Schedules of Condition
- Building pathology and defect diagnosis
- Drone inspections of roofs, façades, and difficult-to-access or confined space
Consultancy to Surveying Practices
We regularly assist other surveying firms by providing overflow capacity, technical input, and reporting support. Whether it’s handling site inspections, reviewing reports, or taking on projects further afield, we work flexibly on a fee split, day rate, or fixed-fee basis.
Residential
We continue to provide Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys to properties in the region.
