About Us
We are based in the Cotswold village of Long Compton and predominantly operate in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. We are an independent RICS regulated firm of Chartered Surveyors, advising homeowners, buyers, sellers and businesses on all aspects of building surveying, from detailed building surveys and defect diagnosis to party wall matters and the management of building projects.
Our work is built on meticulous attention to detail and strong technical expertise, developed over many years in practice. Every inspection is carried out thoroughly and methodically, so that nothing of significance is overlooked. Just as importantly, we never lose sight of the people we work for. We explain our findings in plain English, respond promptly to questions and offer balanced, impartial advice tailored to each client’s circumstances, so that you can make well-informed decisions about their property with confidence.
