The firm's Director holds postgraduate qualifications in surveying and law, is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and holds RICS Registered Valuer status. Particular expertise lies in Red Book valuations, rural and agricultural property, landlord and tenant matters, and expert witness work for legal proceedings. The firm is regularly instructed as Single Joint Expert in matrimonial and legal proceedings involving rural, agricultural, commercial and residential property.
