RICS Home Survey Level 3 (Building Survey) – our most detailed inspection, recommended for older, larger, extended or unusual properties, or where you are planning renovation work. Includes a thorough assessment of construction, defects and repair priorities.

As a small local practice we offer a personal service from first enquiry to final report. Chris carries out every inspection himself, reports are normally delivered within five working days, and we can offer weekend inspections to fit around your move.
