About Us

Black Marble Real Estates aim is to provide a myriad of property related services under one roof. Black Marble Real Estate was founded by Zaman Sheikh in 2022. Zaman won the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Award 2022 - Asset Management Category and was nominated as a finalist for the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Award for the previous two years prior. Zaman Is an experienced surveyor who holds a Law degree and a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment. BMRE work with a variety of different highly experienced and specialist consultants where needed in order to fulfil clients needs.
