Maison Chartered Surveyors is an independent surveying firm with over 18 years of experience in the property industry. We provide a wide range of RICS accredited property services throughout Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex.
We specialise in pre-purchase surveys whether that be a Condition Report, Homebuyer or a Building Survey. Buying and selling a property can be a stressful time in one’s life and the biggest financial commitment that most people are likely to make. That’s why it’s important to get peace of mind and have a survey carried out before contracts are signed from a Chartered Building Surveyor.

In addition to pre-purchase surveys, we also provide RICS Red Book Valuations.
