About Us

With a wealth of over 20 years in the construction industry and having gained plenty of experience whilst working for a larger firm of surveyors, our Company Director decided that he wanted to offer his clients a more personalised and dedicated inspection and report service.

Unlike many other companies, Phoenix Surveyors will only undertake to carry out one survey per day, ensuring that there is plenty of time at the property to fully inspect both inside and outside, working to meet the high standards of the RICS. We will ensure that the type of survey undertaken meets both your needs and fits the property to be inspected.

The surveyor will call you after the inspection to provide you with an immediate overview of the property and the report will follow shortly thereafter, usually within 1-2 working days of the inspection taking place. You are always welcome to request a further chat to discuss any areas of the inspection after receiving the report to ensure that you completely understand any implications of the inspection.
