We are an independent specialist surveying practice primarily set up to serve residential homeowners who run into trouble or are concerned with the application of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996,

We are regularly appointed to act for Building Owners, Adjoining Owners or be Agreed Surveyors, our specialist surveyors have developed a unique process to facilitate Awards and Agreements that minimise hassle for those considering notifiable works such as the demolition or erection of Party Walls, excavations for Rear Extensions, Chimney Breast Removal or loft conversions whilst building strong neighbourly relationships, with our no-nonsense but fair approach. This has routinely led us to become involved in some complex and demanding commercial Party Wall Awards.

We are regulated by and proud members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Faculty for Party Wall surveyors, The prestigious Pyramus and Thisbe Society (Excellence in Party Wall matters).

We aim to resolve matters in a way that promotes good neighbourly relationships well after the Award has been agreed, this takes skill and tenacity in sometimes what can amount to very stressful situations for some homeowners.
