Alexander Heron Surveyors are an independent firm of experienced surveyors based in London.

If you are looking for an easy-to-read report to be produced for a home you are purchasing, we can help. We provide Homebuyer (Level 2) reports, Building Surveys (Level 3), as well as offering a multitude of other services.

Your report will be compiled following an extensive inspection of the property. Our surveyors spend an average of 3 hours checking every aspect of the homes we visit. We are able to inspect roofs and high-level areas with drone technology. Damp is assessed using the latest in advanced moisture detection technology. Defects such as asbestos and subsidence are identified using our years of experience.

Once you’ve received your report, we will follow up in a phone call to discuss our findings and to answer any questions you may have.
