My name is Nick Baker and I believe that every property buyer should have the right information to be able to make an informed decision before committing to the biggest purchase of their lives. I understand and know how stressful moving home can be and I aim to make having a home survey as easy and stress-free as possible.

I am an independent RICS Building Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in the property industry covering Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes as well as the surrounding towns and villages. I am not owned or affiliated with any Insurance Company, Mortgage Lender or Estate Agency. I only work for one person, You! In contrast to larger corporate firms that focus on targets, this enables me to give my full attention and serve you, your needs and your requirements.
