About Us
RCP is based in the London Borough of Richmond and work throughout London and surrounds. Our philosophy is to provide a collaborative service-based solution to the highest standard for clients through our transparent, partner approach encouraging mutual trust and respect.
RCP have extensive industry experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, office, residential, mixed use, education, medical consulting offices, including new build, refurbishment, and in-occupation/live environments. We have capacity to undertake pilot properties/show flats through to multi-million-pound projects and operate confidently from social housing standard through to ultra-luxury finishing requirements. We are experienced with the JCT, PPC and NEC suite of contract documents.
RCP provide only those services listed below and do not undertake valuations, home buyer reports or similar.
