Our team specialises in Commercial Valuation and Survey reports as well as Residential property Surveys including RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys - as well as Valuation Reports.  We have offices in both Lancaster and Preston, with our Surveyors being based across Cumbria and Lancashire.

We offer further guidance and advice following issue of the report to clients, ensuring that purchasers can move forward with confidence.  It is our aim to help our clients make an informed step closer towards their dream home!
