More specifically, this includes, RICS Home Survey Level 2 and 3 Reports (also known as a RICS HomeBuyer Report and RICS Building Survey), Help to Buy Valuations, Shared Ownership Valuations, Probate Valuations, amongst offer forms of residential valuations. There are some options you can add to a RICS Home Survey. We like to call these the Survey First Plus+ options. These include, cost guidance, drone surveys, maintenance programme, amongst others (see our website for more details). These always remain an option, for those occasions where a standard survey isn’t enough.
