About Us

Latitude Surveys Limited was formed in 2009 to meet client’s requirements for a quality Land Surveying company based in The East Riding of Yorkshire.
Our specialisms include advice on boundary issues, determined boundaries and measured topographic surveys
The company has grown significantly since 2009 with a wide variety of clients ranging from Persimmon Homes to The Environment Agency, as is also actively involved in surveying for Hull as the UK City of Culture for 2017.
Out of our office at Welton (5 miles outside of Kingston Upon Hull) Latitude Surveys operates a professional, cost-effective and reliable surveying service for the Yorkshire region and the wider UK.
We utilise the latest surveying technology including GPS, Laser Scanning and robotic total stations to deliver a first-class service to our clients.
