Speeds Chartered Surveyors is an independant Chartered Building Surveying Practice set up in 2008 by Guy Speed BSc(Hons) MRICS. With over 20 years of experience dealing with property related matters throughout Devon and Cornwall from offices in Falmouth and South Devon.

Speeds provides a range of professional services for property buyers and owners from pre-purchase inspections and reports, maintenance advice and schedules, dilapidations advice and negotiation through to running building projects.

The typical types of property that we are involved with are domestic property, Listed Buildings, hotels, pubs and restaurants, and shops and offices. Though happy to look at any property type or use.
