Byron A. Christou, as a self-employed entity was established in 2006 by Byron A. Christou, which was then registered as a private practice under the name of Byron A. Christou L.L.C. in March 2019.

Our Practice is now operating under its present style name of BAC, offering professional Quantity Surveying services mainly in the Cyprus Construction Industry.

Services offered include procurement selection, the preparation of preliminary estimates, pre-tender estimates, feasibility reports, taking-off measurement, contract drafting, tender documentation, supervision of the tendering stage, contract administration, site visit and valuation of work executed, valuation of variation work, negotiation with contractors and preparation of final accounts on behalf of the client. Special services include the Valuation of defected Work, determination of Executed Work for dispute resolution purposes, Expert Witness and Claims Management.
