·       Building Surveying

We work at all stages of the property lifecycle across technical due diligence, project delivery and ongoing asset management, managing projects from initial inspection and scope development to contractor selection, ensuring quality delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standard. Our focus is on risk mitigation, optimising delivery programmes and creating enduring value.  We use proven methods to enhance certainty and visibility, so that our clients and their stakeholders remain firmly in control throughout the journey.

·       Lease Advisory

Highly experienced RICS-registered valuers and professional lease advisors, we deliver tailored, comprehensive guidance, recommendations and reports that enable accurate and informed decision-making. We help clients protect or create value from their portfolios - managing lease obligations, optimising income and managing their property and financial affairs with confidence. Our team is adept at delivering robust recommendations on complex, residential or mixed-use schemes and in the workspace, retail, leisure and industrial sectors, helping clients unlock value and optimise income from their assets, while protecting their legal position.

·       Risk & Compliance

We bring a wealth of experience and expertise in meeting the ever-evolving new standards and legislative environment with a team of qualified risk assessors able to deliver comprehensively on compliance expectations while helping clients maintain high standards on site often requiring an on-the-ground approach and sensitive management of stakeholders. We deliver a wide range of compliance-led services, supporting clients in meeting statutory requirements and maintaining safe, well-managed buildings.

·       MEP Engineering

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are central to how buildings operate and adapt over time, with a direct, measurable impact on a building’s value, operational performance and ongoing costs. We advise on MEP design across all RIBA stages, MEP project management, pre-mobilisation technical due diligence, MEP asset management, maintenance planning and long-term operational performance.
