About Us

Simpson Hilder Associates is a surveying and architectural practice with offices in Lyndhurst and Lymington in the New Forest National Park, less than 10 miles from Southampton, and in Newport on the Isle of Wight.

Founded in 1989, the practice offers a high level of personal attention and maintains a flexible approach to achieving and supporting the aims and objectives of our clients. Our surveying team specialises in residential and commercial building surveys, project management, dilapidations, Party Wall matters, HMO licenses, project monitoring, planned maintenance assessments and insurance valuations.
We are staffed by an experienced and diverse professional team who are innovative in their approach to design, technical and strategic solutions. Our flexible and pragmatic approach ensures a close working relationship with our client’s chosen design teams and appointed contractors, ultimately delivering completed projects which provide balanced design solutions that are not only exciting and innovative, but commercial in approach.
We have a wide range of experience in a variety of sectors within the construction industry including residential, commercial, healthcare, education and leisure. We are regulated by RICS and are proud to be a RIBA student mentoring practice.
