About Us

We provide a high quality service and yet our fees are very competitive. Much of our work is either repeat business from existing clients, or comes via recommendation from other clients and / or other professionals we work with. We believe this reflects the quality of service we provide and the value for money clients receive.

The services we provide include: Building surveys; defect investigations (existing buildings and new buildings, and including dampness defects); party wall services; schedules of dilapidation; maintenance inspections; project management services; design and specification services; specification, project monitoring and contract administration of repair / maintenance / alteration / refurbishment / conversion projects; schedules of condition; advising commercial landlords and tenants on building works / licence for alterations; applications for statutory approvals such as planning permission, listed building consent and building regulation approval; advising on conservation issues / listed buildings; expert witness reports; and snagging inspections.

As stated we operate throughout the south-east including London. We also regularly undertake work more locally in Brighton, Hove, Shoreham, Lancing, Worthing, Littlehampton, Arundel, Chichester, Burgess Hill, Hayward Heath, Horsham, Crawley, Lewes, Newhaven, Eastbourne, Hailsham, Hastings and areas in between.
