Nick King Associates are a small private practice of Chartered Building Surveyors who specialise in the survey and valuation of residential property.

We are a completely independent practice with no links to any estate agents or financial institutions involved in the selling of properties or the provision of mortgages.

Our principal, Nick King B.Sc. (Hons) MRICS has over 25 years experience in the survey and valuation of residential property ranging from modern one bedroom flats up to large period properties.
