About Us

With over 25 years of experience, Focus Consulting is an independent firm of chartered surveyors, regulated by RICS and Quality Assurance registered to ISO 9001.

We provide expert building surveying, project management, design and cost consultancy services for projects up to circa £10 million.
We serve a diverse range of commercial clients across the UK and Europe, including major utilities companies, educational institutions, public authorities, and developers.

Additionally, we undertake building surveys, party wall surveyor services, schedules of dilapidations, BSR / CSS applications, buildings insurance valuations and reinstatement claims management.
