About Us

At Hinson Parry & Company we are Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers, Valuers, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation Consultants and Land and Estate Agents.

We have been experts in the field of rural surveying since forming in 1991, with our 30th birthday fast approaching in April 2021. Formerly located in two offices in Newcastle Under Lyme and Eccleshall, we now operate from a single office in Stone, Staffordshire. We have a wealth of local and regional knowledge about Staffordshire and the Midlands and we advise in respect of compulsory purchase and compensation across the entire nation.

Whilst our background is in everything rural, we specialise in compensation matters arising through the development of infrastructure on a national scale. The vast majority of our work is for land and property owners rather than for acquiring authorities or utility firms, as we do not want relationships with long standing clients to be compromised. Our knowledge and advice on compulsory purchase extends across rural, residential and commercial sectors in both country and urban landscapes.

We have considerable experience in planning, development and land schemes. We are also well known as advisors on asset dispersal for liquidation and bankruptcy and host property and dispersal auctions throughout the year.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us to see if we can assist with your situation.

RICS Helpline Scheme

We are part of the RICS Helpline Scheme, offering 30 minutes impartial, expert advice over the telephone for specific issues. Please call us on 01785 850866 for advice about Compulsory Purchase.
