Apex Surveyors Limited are one of the longest established and diversified firms of Chartered Surveyors operating in the South Wales Area. We offer an unrivalled range of services, backed up by an experienced and knowledgeable support team. In May 2011, Apex incorporated Lanyon Davies and Evans, one of the oldest and most respected firms of Chartered Surveyors in South Wales.

From our base in Aberdare, we are able to carry out clients instructions across South East Wales, especially in the Merthyr Tydfil, Pontypridd, Rhondda and Caerphilly postal areas

Under the Directorship of Anthony Owen BSc MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in South Wales, we undertake a comprehensive range of services including:- all types of Residential Survey and Valuation; compilation of expert witness statements; and provision of Energy Performance Certificates on domestic property.

Apex are able to provide expert witness reports for litigation purposes, which are fully CPR compliant
