Hills is an independent firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors with 125 years’ experience in providing services to the construction industry. Hills cover all aspects of cost consultancy, project management, and CDM services for a wide range of building projects.

Please note we DO NOT carry out building surveying and home buyer / seller valuations.

Hills have a highly experienced team of professionals to guide you through the development of your project. We will ensure that a director is appointed to oversee all the key stages and work with you to achieve your budget and programme aspirations. We operate an RICS approved structured training plan for staff to achieve chartered status and actively encourage and fund continuing professional development for all qualified members of staff.

Our team brings extensive experience across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, healthcare and heritage developments, covering large and small schemes, new build, extension and refurbishment work. We can also provide insurance reinstatement valuations.
