About Us

Monk and Partners are a Chartered Surveyors Practice based in Plymouth, who cover the surrounding areas of Devon and Cornwall. We comprise five RICS Chartered Surveyors and four RICS Registered valuers who undertake Valuation and Survey work on Residential and Commercial Property. RICS Home Surveys, Help to Buy Valuation, Probate, Tax and Matrimonial Valuations, Single Joint Expert Witness Valuations, Commercial Valuation and Photographic Schedule of Conditions. Monk and Partners also have a Commercial Agency for acquiring and letting of all types of Commercial Property.
