For purchasers of properties we undertake Level 1 (Condition Reports), Level 2 (HomeBuyer Report – Survey Only or HomeBuyer Report Survey & Valuation), Level 3 Surveys and Snagging Surveys on New Build Properties.

We have surveyors that are RICS Registered Experts and therefore we can also assist with Court Appointed Survey and Valuation Reports such as Single Joint Expert appointments.
