EA Surveyors are a local independent Chartered Surveyors working within a 25 mile radius of Cambridge. We focus purely on domestic properties offering the full range of pre purchase surveys. The company is fully regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in property.

The survey will be carried out by a trained and fully qualified building surveyor who is a full member of the RICS.

The latest technology will be employed to ensure the turnaround and issuing of your report is timely and swift. The maximum turn around period for a report is five working days from the date of the inspection. The surveyor will be on hand should you require clarification on any part of the report.
