About Us
RJ Property Services Surveyors and Valuers are RICS accredited and RICS registered valuers which enable us to carry out RICS Valuations and RICS HomeBuyer reports. We are proud to be part of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors installing confidence and professionalism in every survey that is carried out. As a RICS regulated firm, we must follow the RICS Rules of Conduct for Firms and are held to a higher standard in areas such as staff training, professional indemnity insurance, complaints handling and security of clients' money.
We specialise in carrying out RICS valuations on domestic properties for both Help To Buy and Shared Ownerships Housing Association schemes. We are able to undertake a valuation of residential properties which are in shared ownership. Sometimes referred to as ‘staircasing’, this is the process of buying some, or all, of the remaining share of the property. We can also provide a valuation for shared ownership or help to buy if you are selling the property. If you are looking to redeem your help to buy loan which has now been taken over by Target HCA, we can provide a report.
We have provided many Shared Ownership RICS valuation reports in the past to various Housing Associations, which include Catalyst, Sovereign, BPHA, Clarion, Home Group, SOHA, Thames Valley Housing, Metropolitan, Southern Housing Group, A2Dominion and Paradigm.
