About Us

Since forming in 2016, the company Directors, David Crean and Ben John have created an approachable, yet highly professional surveying practice, that is delivering across a number of sectors. Within the buildings insurance division, the company specialises in project managed perils (fire, flood, impact damage reinstatement), Party Wall, the cost analysis of ongoing projects, as well as structural surveys due to an extensive experience within the subsidence sector. The company offers coverage throughout the majority of Wales and England with a network of Chartered Surveyors providing services to Insurance Companies, Loss Adjusters, Policyholders and Private Clients. The portfolio of works the company manages exceeds a value of £4 million on average, which indicates the trust Meadow has developed since its conception.

Within the general building surveying sector, we provide a more localised service which includes a selection of specific surveying reports. These range from the individual defect surveys (structural issues, damp concerns etc), to all-encompassing residential surveys (homebuyers & building surveys) used to make an informed decision when purchasing a property. The level of service provided has seen a number of estate agents and mortgage advisors refer our services to their Clients on a constant basis. As opposed to generic surveys, the Meadow Surveys are individual and specific to each property.
