We are Chartered Building Surveyors practising throughout London, Hertfordshire and Middlesex. We provide services to a wide range of clients in the residential and commercial sectors, including Home Owners, Landlords, Developers, Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
We provide a professional, efficient and welcoming service to anyone requiring advice or solutions for construction related matters.
Our Principal, Mark Lipman, has 15 years of extensive experience in both the public and residential building surveying sectors. Prior to setting up MLA, he was an Associate with a major firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, a multiple disciplinary consultancy, where he played a major role in a number of core Building Surveying services.
Mark is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
He has assisted a number of candidates undertaking their Assessment of Professional Competence to attain RICS Chartered status.
Outside of work, Mark is an ardent fan of Barnet Football Club, a keen 5-a-side footballer, distance runner and a lover of good food and wine.
