About Us

An entirely independent RICS regulated firm of Chartered Valuation Surveyors and Chartered Building Surveyors, with over 30 years' experience of carrying out survey and valuation work throughout the Yorkshire area. We also have a consultant Structural Engineers providing advice on structural defects, intended alterations, roof structure assessments etc. We have a wide client base, which includes leading banks, local authorities, housing associations, house builders and in particular individual clients. Our independent status means that we are often recommended by solicitors, estate agents and financial advisers. Our fees are competitive and will be quoted in advance. We are happy to accommodate particular client requirements.
