About Us

Charles Kingsley-Evans is an acknowledged expert in property matters. A Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he has property experience going back over more than 30 years and is an RICS Registered Valuer. He can carry out a full variety of valuation and other surveying missions, including Probate valuations and RICS Home Surveys.

Charles has held senior roles in several major international surveying firms and in the public sector (in national and local government, including District Valuer Services and the Ministry of Justice), where he exercised quasi-judicial authority. He has in-depth experience of a range of property markets, covering residential, commercial and land assets.

Charles Kingsley-Evans is fully qualified as an Arbitrator, with a Level 5 Diploma in Arbitration. He has been a member of the RICS President's Panel of Arbitrators and of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He regularly provides Expert Witness reports for the resolution of property disputes of various types.

Charles is happy to provide valuations and general property advice for clients in Devon, Cornwall, the Thames Valley (Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire), East Anglia (Suffolk and Norfolk) and Central London. Other locations are available by prior arrangement.
