About Us

Capital Chartered Surveyors and Valuers offer a Full Structural Survey/Building Survey Report, RICS HomeBuyer and Property Valuation service. We cover all London postcodes and The Home Counties. Much of our work is on relatively standard houses and flats but from Prime Central London to the suburbs, we have surveyed and valued all property types from listed Georgian town houses to spectacular penthouses. Further afield we have seen new build houses on the Wentworth Estate in Surrey, Victorian manor houses in Hants & new timber framed houses in Berks built from reclaimed mediaeval barns. At the request of clients, we have surveyed Georgian mansions (with associated outbuildings and lodges set amidst private parkland) in Bucks, Herts, Cambridge & Huntingdon.
