About Us

We are highly experienced independent property consultants operating across the North West since 2009. We provide Building Surveying, Expert Witness, Defect Analysis, Party Wall Surveying, Architecture, Project Management, Cost Consultancy & CDM Health & Safety services to both residential and commercial clients.

Séamus Smyth is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered Building Consultant and a RICS Registered Valuer and has over 25 years’ surveying experience holding the highest academic and professional qualifications in his field.
