About Us

As a chartered building surveying practice we provide a range of services required by the residential and commercial property markets. Specialising in surveys, valuations and energy performance certificates for existing buildings in the West Wales region. We are qualified and licensed to issue RICS Home Surveys Level 2 and Level 3, RICS Red Book Market Valuation Reports, and we are accredited to issue domestic, on construction and commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’S) with Elmhurst Energy Limited.
