About Us

We are based in both Nottingham and Derby and have over 20 years experience in the Property and Construction sectors. Being independent enables us to be impartial when providing clear and concise professional services.

The vast majority of our instructions arise from repeat business or recommendations. We have a "5 tick rating" and impartial references to view on-line within the Derbyshire County Council Trusted Trader website, under the profession of Surveyor, along with further references with Which On-line and Yell.com

Being a member and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) we adhere to a strict code of professional conduct. All of our instructions are completed by Chartered Building Surveyors (MRICS) and we specialise in the following areas;

- RICS Residential Building Surveys.

- RICS Commercial Building Surveys.

- Project management of refurbishment, conversion, repair and maintenance works.
