The Party Wall Company was established in 2010 with the objective of “simplifying Party Wall Matters”. We pride ourselves on providing the following services:
-Impartial advice on all Party Wall Matters,
-Pre-commencement appraisals of building & development projects,
-Preparation & serving of valid Party Wall Notices,
-Acting as Party Wall Surveyor for both Adjoining Owners and Building Owners,
-Acting as the Agreed Party Wall Surveyor,
-Undertaking and preparation of Schedules of Condition,
-Preparation & negotiation of Party Wall Awards & Agreements.
