About Us

Mike qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1982 and has worked in both the private and public sectors, undertaking a wide range of work in the areas of Design, Contract Management/Supervision, Residential and Commercial Building Surveys, Building Pathology, Party Wall Awards, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition Reports, he is also a RICS Registered Valuer.

Dorothy has worked in the property industry since the early 1990’s including various roles from Sales Negotiator to Manager of a small independent Estate Agency. She joined a large corporate surveying group in 1996 and worked closely with management and regional surveyors providing administration and management support within a region generating a multi-million turnover. In 2006 Dorothy was approached to join a smaller surveying practice in the role of Business Development and Practice Manager.

Having worked together for over 10 years and sharing similar business ambition and values Mike and Dorothy felt the time was right to build their own business.
