About Us

We have been undertaking surveys on all types of residential in the area for over thirty years and provide a prompt, professional and personal service to our clients at competitive fees.

We provide bespoke reports on all types of property from modern through to period/Grade II Listed properties. Our reports are clearly written and include photographs of construction detail and any defects noted. We offer two levels of report: a Building Survey (formerly a ‘Full Structural Survey) which is suitable for older and more complex properties and a Home Purchase Report for more modern properties.

Initially we will provide guidance as to which type of survey best suits your requirements and following the survey we are happy to discuss the findings of the report and provide further advice where required.
