About Us

Mason Archer are Chartered Surveyors specialising in residential property survey and valuation work.

Established in 2009, Mason Archer is an independent company which has been built on the foundation of over 30 years experience in the construction and surveying industries.

Our services include:

The RICS Level 2 Homebuyers Survey and Valuation – a value for money report covering most types of housing including bungalows and flats. This survey includes an inspection, valuation and report. This service aims to help the buyer to decide whether to purchase the property, whilst making recommendations on any repairs or essential work.

Level 3 Building Surveys - A customisable report which details aspects of a building’s condition, including technical information on materials used as well its construction. The building survey is usually recommended with older properties, or when considering significant extensions, renovations or loft conversions.

We strive to deliver prompt professional services with a personal approach.
