Amsy Chartered Surveyors are a small firm of Telecommunications Specialists. Although based in the North West, we operate throughout the United Kingdom.

We have over twenty-five years’ experience in this field. We initially worked for the Operators, before switching to work exclusively on behalf of the Landlords (or Site Providers as the Operators refer to them as). This has given us unique insight and understanding of the Operators and their processes, which has proven invaluable in providing our Clients with the best service available.

Our mission at Amsy Chartered Surveyors is to help all unrepresented Landlords/Site Providers in all matters relating to Telecommunications in a professional and expert manner. We have seen vast numbers of misrepresented landlords, and many being completely unrepresented!
