About Us
ASSETtrail @ JPS Chartered Surveyors are a firm of Chartered Surveyors, asset valuation, auctioneers and sale specialists who provide valuations and conduct sales of distressed and surplus assets on behalf of Insolvency Practitioners, lending institutions, legal professionals and private companies.
Based primarily at WORTH House, an 22,000 sq.ft. warehouse in Whitefield, Manchester, recovery of, removal, storage and disposals of assets is a seamless and truly unique offering compared to our professional competitors. We have further exclusive units including Albert Close (Whitefield) to supplement our capabilities.
As fourth generation auctioneers, there is over 140 years of heritage and experience, ensuring a proactive, focused and personal approach, with a director always involved in a case.
Whilst we still conduct sales by traditional auction, tender or private treaty where the circumstances dictate; we have embraced online marketplaces and are able to sell items individually using online-auctions or fixed price sales on platforms such as eBay, Amazon and Bidspotter, to ensure we obtain the highest net realisations for our clients whilst still providing goods to end users at reduced prices.
Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the only regulated standard for valuers and auctioneers, guaranteeing the up most in standards of professional, ethical and business practice.
