About Us

Ken Howson MRICS FCIOB - an experienced Chartered Surveyor, specialising in structural surveys for residential properties.

Many of my clients are home buyers and require a survey to provide reassurance before purchasing a property. Having carried out a survey I telephone the client later in the day to give verbal feedback on my main findings and aim to have a detailed, illustrated printed report with them within a few days.

My fees are reasonable (with no VAT). I aim to provide a good value professional service, with the client’s needs in mind and am always happy to spend time discussing concerns or issues requiring further clarification.

I am experienced in advising on extending and remodelling properties and have a full CAD system for producing detailed drawings for planning applications, conveyances etc.
