About Us

Collier Stevens is an established, independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, founded in 1995 we provide residential and commercial surveying services across the whole of Kent and South East London from our offices in Chislehurst, Bromley and Hythe, Kent.

The surveyors and principal have a fine track record in providing cost effective and accurate surveys and reports between them completing several hundred pre-purchase building surveys and homebuyer reports annually. We have particular knowledge of the Party Wall Act and regularly act as Party Wall Surveyors.

Commercially the practice is retained by solicitors, managing agents and public sector bodies to provide a range of services including project design and management, building pathology, housing disrepair and expert witness reports, advice on residential service charge disputes, access auditing and alterations for the disabled.
